Question by annoymous: whats a good exercise routine for a beginner like me?
oka so i like, never have really “exercised” before, for the past 16 years of my life, ive been over all lazy. and i recently went to the doctor and wasnt impressed with my weight, so im ready to start exercising, i wanna loose the weight, and get rid of the cellulite that is on my legs and butt as well. ive been doing a pretty simply work out, run steps about 10 times, run of the treadmill for bout 10 mins and then doing an ab-lounge routine that came on the cd that came along with the ab-lounge.

is there any other exercise routines for a begginer like me that can get rid of the cellulite && help me loose the weight?

lunges work really well for your legs..and crunches and leg lifts work well for the upper and lower abs..
running/jogging is important too

but listening to an up-beat song really helps..thats what i do:)
look up “8 minute abs” on youtube too, i heard those work well too.
