A favorite butt lift exercise is the door handle hip extension. It is actually a different version from using a chair and it is actually more convenient to balance yourself on a door than a chair. You will actually feel the results in a jiffy, as long as you do it correctly. All you would need to do is to face an open door while you place your hands on each doorknob. Start extending your leg behind you and  then move it to the side. Squeeze your buttocks as you are doing it. Do this exercise alternately on each leg and remember to use the door only as a balance and not something you lean on in.

Another butt lift exercise is the stability ball leg raises and curls. This is just as easy as the first exercise and you would be able to do this alternately with the door extensions. Once you do, you are promised a great shaped booty without all that fuss and stress. Just make sure you get a hold of an exercise ball. If you already have one, you just have to place your heels pressing down on the edge of the ball. You may opt to lean on the wall if you want this position to be stable. Elevate your  butt then align your body to it, making a straight plank. You can go slow or fast, it depends on you. Just don’t forget to squeeze your butt while you are at it.

Make sure you do any exercise correctly. This is the only way to ensure effective results. It will not matter how hard you have tried or how many repetitions you have been doing. If it just isn’t right, you will not see what you are holding up for.
